The LCSF Award is open to female, College-Bound Seniors from the Whittier Union High School District, Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District, St. Paul High School, and El Rancho High School. The applicant must have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.0, and have demonstrated leadership and commitment to community service. Scholar-athletes and female students who will attend CSUs or community colleges will be given priority. Aside from the application and brief essay questions, applicants are required to provide 1 letter of recommendation.
